Thanks for your feedback from the team at YOUR Rolla MFA!

We do our best to give our customers the best service and it’s always great when we hear from them, or in this case, from our corporate offices, commending us on a “job well done.”  Kathryn Harris of Rolla visited our store and was so pleased with her experience that she took the time to send a comment to Rolla MFA Incorporated about the “extraordinary care” she received from our staff:

“Hello – I just made some purchases at my local MFA in Rolla MO and cannot let the day pass without sending you a report of the service I received from your employees! As I walked away, I was thinking to myself what extraordinary care I received from the time I walked in the door to when I pulled out of your parking lot! The sales clerks (there were 2 on duty) were giving their complete attention to the customer they were waiting on and diligently asked for the “next in line” upon completion of the transaction and satisfaction of that customer. My clerk went to the shelves and even to the second floor to locate a particular product I was looking for. She moved at a fast pace as they were quite busy, but with complete care to my needs. There were also two young men at the loading dock and I cannot express what a positive impression they both conveyed! Both were absolutely exceptional in their attitude, care, swiftness and completeness of service. I did think to get their names, and “Blaine” is the one that waited on me, and the other young man’s name was Jerry (I asked Blaine for both their names)and he was just as impressive as Blaine. I just want you to know how proud you should be of these “above and beyond” employees that wear your logo! God bless your company, and continue to give you wisdom and such impressive employees. I do hope you have some avenue of recognition in place, and if not, I hope you will find one for these great employees.

PS – the other clerk that was on duty at the time is just as exceptional, he has waited on me many times before, and I actually thought he had to be the exception because he has always been so helpful, but today, I realized that he must be the rule, and these younger ones are modeling themselves after him!
